In what has to be one of Darren Rovell’s first useful Tweets of the year, he relayed a report from Jeannine Edwards that Chip Kelly is doing away with Taco Tuesdays and Fast Food Fridays at the Novacare Complex… which leads you to ask: THOSE WERE ACTUAL THINGS? What, did they bookend Lard Wednesdays and Chocolate Truffle Thursdays? Andy Reid’s fatness continues to amaze me. Meanwhile, Kelly sounds like the meanest babysitter ever. No, kids, no more video games. Instead, we’re going to read Gatsby and discuss the cultural significant of Baz Lurhmann’s new film on reviving the F. Scott Fitzgerald classic. And we’re going to do it with snappy debate and while it acai berries.

This is just the latest in Kelly’s quest to have players who aren’t dying after running 43 plays in six minutes. Last month we learned that everyone gets personalized fruit smoothies instead of the Frosty and chicken nugget snacks Reid ostensibly provided.

UPDATE: This is awesome. The cafeteria has four signs explaining the food groups and what they do. Reid’s caf just had one sign: wit or wit out?
