With Brazil Banning Twitter, How Will We Know Which Eagles are in the Blue Medical Tent?

Big news ahead of the Eagles/Packers game in Sao Paulo:

This means the beat writers won’t be able to tweet the same injury update at the same time. “Avonte Maddox is out for the season with a sprained thumn.” Damn! And how will we know who entered the blue medical tent? I guess we will have to watch the broadcast and hope that Noah Eagle, Todd Blackledge, and Kaylee Hartung know what they’re talking about. Or we’ll have to listen to Howard Eskin’s uber-important radio updates. Despite what you hear about the crime rate in Brazil, the people who need to be most careful are female Aramark employees. Heyo!

We do not support censorship at Crossing Broad, but some of these Twitter accounts could use a good banning. Not all, but some. Why? Well, you tell me if people should be able to hide behind social media without using their real name and real picture and blather whatever they want to millions of followers. We champion the cause of free speech! But it must come with anonymity and there can be absolutely no accountability.

Anyway, pray for ESP, who will have to VPN his way to X this Friday. If he gets locked up, we’ll have to bust him out of some jail in the Amazon rainforest.
