Good to keep all three. Greg Ward is a reliable veteran who was simply squeezed out because the Birds have good WR depth. Covey got flattened more often than not as a returner, but didn’t lose the ball. Steady hands there. And Allen is still someone the Birds seem interesting in as a project type of player, that non-football convert they hope to continue to develop.

According to reports, the Birds are also signing Kyron Johnson and Brady Russell to the practice squad. Tarron Jackson and Julian Good-Jones are reportedly also on the list.
