Jihaad Campbell Can't Wait to Meet Zack Baun
The first thing Jihaad Campbell couldn’t wait to do when he was drafted is meet Zack Baun:
Campbell is an Eagles fan. Of course he can’t wait to meet Zack Baun. Baun will never pay for a drink in this town again. An Eagle favorite not just because he’s ridiculously good at football and anchors the defense, but because his story is one Philly fans couldn’t even dream up themselves even if they tried. Underdog, blue collar, toughness. Guy has an interception in the Super Bowl and almost wins DPOY after being primarily a special teams player. The funny thing is Baun was Campbell’s comp by some draft guys leading up.
I mean this is like watching Baun’s tape. Campbell can get the QB, stuff the run, and drop into coverage:
