Evaluating Spataro's Corndog Cheesesteak
You steak it. I’ll make it.
Spataros x Fox & Sons Corndog Cheesesteak:
So the woman at the Spataros counter told me to twist & pull. I thought she meant the cheesesteak. Turns out she meant the stick. I let the pressure get the best of me and ruined the whole thing.
You can get the corndog cheesesteak for $15 at Spataros in Reading Terminal Market until the end of the month. Don’t let the mustard deter you. It hits.
I’m going to carve out my niche trying to find the craziest cheesesteak combos in the area. Ten we’ll take it national. Then international, until we have global domination and I’m eating Lion cheesesteaks with Joel Embiid in a tiny African village. Also – if you’ve got a rating system for me let me know. Craig LaBan’s cornered the bell system. Rating things 1 through 10 is played out. I was thinking the Olivieri system? He invented the cheesesteak so why not pay homage. If you have something better let me know @kylesphine.
Here are some of my next stops for the future let me know if you have one in your town I should try out:
- Fibbers
- Ummi Dee’s
- Zoagies
My only promise to you the reader is I’ll never try this monstrosity in AT&T stadium:
There's the follow up. Looks like trash. Very Texas to put a pepper there. pic.twitter.com/cWvqw3ZvdS
