“I will be able to share where I’m landing at some point in the not so distant future.” Kind of a vague statement. Makes you wonder if she decided to depart on her own or was nudged. Most on-air talent works via contract, which is the case for Mike Missanelli and John Kincade and the other folks on the air at the Fanatic. Not sure if Natalie’s situation was similar.
She had been with the afternoon show for a few years, first starting as a part-time contributor in 2016 and then going full time in 2018, when Tyrone Johnson joined the show. Mike had been with Jason Myrtetus up to that point, and then Myrtetus moved to middays to host alongside Rob Ellis.
Natalie started at WIP back in the day, and was a contributor on Angelo Cataldi’s show. She did various things over the years for CBS Radio, NBC Sports Philadelphia, and other local media outlets.
We’ve had some recent “disagreements” on social media, to put it lightly, and I’ve expressed my annoyance with the Mike Missanelli program in how the show has approached some socio-political topics in recent years. But Mike/Nat/Tyrone still did well in the ratings, and their show was the flagship broadcast at the Fanatic (although it’s currently losing to Jon Marks and Ike Reese at WIP in archaic Nielsen metrics).
We’ll learn more about what’s next for Nat and P.M. drive on the Fanatic, hopefully sooner rather than later. We’ll “effort” more information via sources, as they say.
