Turns Out Cody Parkey's 'Double Doink' Missed Field Goal Was Tipped
Because I’m sure you can’t get enough of seeing it, here’s Cody Parkey missing what would have been a game-winning 43-yard field goal that sealed the Eagles’ comeback win at Soldier Field on Sunday night:

The miss prompted this reaction from the Bears mascot. Poor Staley Da Bear:

But the hooked field goal may not have entirely been on Parkey. As it turns out, Eagles defensive tackle Treyvon Hester got just a piece of the kick at the line of scrimmage:

Of course, Hester’s tip won’t change much for the Bears. They go home. Cody Parkey memes are flooding the internet. And Eagles fans celebrate ahead of a showdown next Sunday with a Saints team that seems to have a lot to say about the Eagles:
